Kaitlyn assists members across a range of industries including manufacturing, coal mining, disability, social and community services, retail, hospitality/ fast food, pharmacy and child care.

Her expertise includes leading large and complex projects (typically in relation to advice on compliance with industrial instruments and the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth)), award mapping and classification levels, enterprise bargaining and related support, drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, policies and procedures and workplace instruments.

Kaitlyn graduated from University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Laws and Business (Honours).
