Jackie is an experienced operational and people leader who has worked at a senior and executive leadership level across a variety of sectors and industries. Commencing her career in industrial and employment relations positions within highly unionised environments provided Jackie with a solid foundation to progress into the leadership of large-scale human resources and employment relations teams.

Before joining Ai Group in 2021, Jackie was working for Life Without Barriers, one of Australia’s largest social purpose organisations where she held a variety of senior leadership roles within the human resources and operations functions.

Throughout her career, Jackie has been involved in complex transformation, organisational design and change projects, which have included the development and leadership of employee relations strategies for mergers, acquisitions and government divestments.
