Emma commenced with AIG in October 2020 in a hybrid role as an Advisor/Lawyer in the Adelaide Workplace Relations Team and an Adviser on the Workplace Advice Line. Most recently Emma worked for state based employer association in the construction industry, assisting members on a wide range of industrial relations matters including wages and entitlements, enterprise bargaining, employment contracts and employee management.

Emma also has extensive experience in the workers compensation industry, including representing members in the South Australian Employment Tribunal.
