Alexandra is a Lawyer / Adviser in the Workplace Relations team in Victoria. She is a practising solicitor who specialises in industrial relations and employment law. She has acted for a diverse range of clients (from large corporations to small businesses) and understands the importance of delivering commercially-targeted, practical, and solution-driven advice.
Alexandra provides strategic advice to clients for various employment matters – including workplace investigations, enterprise bargaining, redundancy, performance management and disciplinary action, contractual terms and conditions, and compliance with the Fair Work Act and associated legislation. She also acts in legal proceedings including bullying, unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, and common law disputes.
